The Reception module within CCP is the most advanced inbound handling system around. The system allows the user to set up the required response to each caller in real time.

Routing

Call may be redirected to the required recipient on an 'announced' or 'un-announced' basis. The system stores all site and department details for accurate call routing.

Call Plans

Many Clients wish to take some of the calls direct, such as sales enquiries or payments. With CCP you are able to set a call plan that is bespoke to your individual needs.
